We source PP, PE, and technical polymer grades from producers we have worked with before. If a spec is unusual, we will tell you honestly whether we can find it at a price that makes sense.

Anyone can send a quote. The business is in everything that happens afterward: sourcing, paperwork, freight, the phone call at 11pm when a container is stuck in Poti.

02LOG
Logistics & Customs
Freight by road, sea, or rail through the Yerevan–Batumi–Poti route and the Jebel Ali corridor. We prepare the customs paperwork ourselves and hand off only when a shipment is properly cleared.
03DOC
Documentation
COAs, MSDS, origin certificates, packing lists, Incoterms 2020 paperwork. Bilingual where you need it. We keep a copy of every document for at least seven years.
04ADV
Commercial Advisory
When a buyer is comparing suppliers or a manufacturer is choosing a grade, we sit on the call. We are not neutral. We work for you. But we will flag when a different option would serve the job better.
05ZOX
Zoxus Coordination
For healthcare and LVP-related work, we pass the commercial brief to Zoxus in Dubai and coordinate from there. It adds a step but often unlocks volumes and counterparties Gratus alone cannot reach.
06QLT
Quality Oversight
We do not certify medical claims. We do inspect shipments before they leave origin, keep batch records, and refuse loads that do not match the spec on paper. That part is not optional.
